I wasted a lot of time. And I'm still here.

There were days I woke up and just wasted time, wondering, chasing cheap dopamine.

Anxiety. Procrastination. Poor diet. No discipline. And me - someone who had trekked mountains, climbed, learned to fly, cycled long distances, made money online - spent days doing nothing. I'm not proud of that.

Am I actually capable? Do I walk the talk? Getting busy was easier than answering that.

I used to cycle long distances. Just me, the road, hours of silence. I don't know when I stopped. One day I just didn't go. The bike sat there. I sat here. The person who used to disappear into mountains felt like someone I'd read about.

Life got heavier. Rent. Salaries. Tax. Designs. Materials. Product. Accounts. Sales. Content. The mountains didn't move. I just stopped having time to reach them. Or did I?

I could never stay with one thing. Always the next idea, the next opportunity. Even after launching yachu.co - the thing I actually care about - I kept chasing side projects just to fund it. Spent months just like that.

I stopped blaming the environment. The weather. The politics. The society. I changed.

There was no moment. Just a thousand decisions I kept making.

While many leave to chase a dream abroad, I stayed to chase the Nepali dream.

Now I learn, exercise, read, build. Not every day 😂

The hard part hasn't ended.

I am working right now more than ever and it doesn't even feel like work. I am happy and proud taking this journey.

I'm also leaning more towards systems so that in the coming days the company still grows without me and I get freedom again to explore anything.
